A short consultation
We ask about your skin, any allergies and what you would like from the visit, and agree the treatment before we start.
Your treatment
Phones away and warm towels, with as much or as little chat as you like. Tell us if anything feels uncomfortable.
Time to unwind
A glass of water or a cup of tea after, and simple advice to take home for your skin, brows or nails.

Which facial is right for me?
If you are not sure, start with the Radiance facial. It opens with a skin consultation, and your therapist adapts it to your skin on the day.
How long do gel nails last?
Usually two to three weeks. We soak gels off gently rather than peel them, so book a removal with your next set or on its own.
Does waxing hurt?
It stings for a moment. We use hot wax on sensitive areas, which grips the hair rather than the skin, and finish with a soothing lotion.
Can I have a treatment while pregnant?
Please ask your midwife or maternity team before arranging a treatment. Tell the salon beforehand so it can discuss suitable options and avoid treatments that are not appropriate.
