Do I need a patch test?
Yes, for tints, lash lifts and brow lamination. Pop in at least 48 hours before your appointment: it takes five minutes and we do it in the salon.
How early should I arrive?
Five to ten minutes before your time, so there is a moment for a short consultation and to settle in before we start.
What if I need to move or cancel?
Please give us 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to someone else. Call the salon, or reply to the message that confirmed your booking.
How far ahead should I book?
A week ahead is usually enough, and Saturdays go first. Send a request online any time and we will confirm it, or call the salon.
Can I buy a gift voucher online?
Not online. Gift vouchers are sold in the salon and by phone, for an amount, a treatment or a package, and we can post them for you.
